Booking and Deposit:

To secure your tour, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the tour. If the booking is made within 14 days of the departure date, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. For cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the tour, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.

Changes to the Booking

We understand that plans may change. You can modify your booking (such as dates or tour options) up to 14 days before the tour begins, subject to availability and a possible adjustment in price.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or delays. While we take all necessary precautions for your safety, travel insurance offers additional peace of mind.

Arrival and Departure Transfers:

We guarantee pickup from the airport upon your arrival. Please provide your flight details at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth transfer to your accommodation.

Special Requirements:

We aim to make your journey as comfortable as possible. If you have any special dietary requirements, medical conditions, or other requests, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
